	No lettering smaller than 3/16". May need to be larger on fleece & terry cloth.
	Hat designs, no taller than 2 1/4". Unstructured/low-porfile may need to be smaller.
	3 days needed for digitizing. Maybe more for intricate designs. Customer will be advised.
	Any Digitizing needed in less than 3 days will be subject to a $50 rush charge.
	No more than 11 colors on any design.
	Customer must specify colors & size at time of order.
	All customers will be provided with 2 "sew-outs" for their approval.
	All approvals must be in writing. Faxed or emailed. Nothing will be sewn without approval.
	Maximum height on stocking caps is 2 1/2".
	Maximum width on jacket backs is 9 1/4". Any larger, please contact us.
	Maximum digitizing costs on jacket backs is $300.00.
	Please include as much specific info as possible to ensure we get your design, size, & color correct.
	Any orders needed completed in less than 5 working days will be charged a $50 rush charge.
	If you provide PMS colors, we will match as close as possible.
	When sending art via email, please make it a "jpeg" format.
